Due to hygiene standards, products like Glowish Face Wash and Bio Glow Skin Brightening Cream must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. We offer a strict 7-day return window from delivery, requiring the original invoice. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +92 313 6905908 for a free replacement. For standard returns, customers bear the courier charges back to our Sahiwal facility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash wallet.
