Shipping Policy

At Derm Aura, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite skincare essentials, including our signature Glowish Face Wash and Bio Glow Skin Brightening Cream, safely and swiftly to your doorstep. We partner with the most reliable courier services across Pakistan to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders every day (except Sundays and national holidays).
  • Local Delivery (Within Sahiwal): Orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of Pakistan & Remote Areas: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-volume sales periods, bad weather conditions, or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Delivery Charge: We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 on all standard orders across Pakistan.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
  • Order Verification Call: To avoid fake orders, our customer support team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address before dispatching the order.
  • Unverified orders will automatically be placed on hold or canceled after 48 hours.
4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this tracking ID on the courier company’s website to check the live status of your shipment.

5. Damaged or Leaked Shipments

We pack every order with bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to prevent leakage. However, if your product is physically damaged or leaking during transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged package, and we will issue a free replacement.
